MercyfulGrace Diaries with Headaches – ‘Migraine Truths’.Posted: November 4, 2016
I was telling someone the other day I had a migraine and couldnt attend their party. I guess they thought it was a lie. Thou all my attempts to passionately explain fell on deaf ears retrospectively and needless to say, the relationship went south ..’
They are partially one sided, and at times cyclonic over time, on the brain. Some activities might still be, minimally; possible i.e Texting.
When I was a teenager I was bed ridden unable to go to school when it was really bad. So this is a very real medical condition with various severities like mood swings and nausea.
Couple that with narcolepsy or cataplexy. Its not a very positive self esteem boosting socialising, or welcoming mood for a party; especially when meeting popular people you’ve never met before. Migraine and loud club music will just not work nor help matters. I did the right thing not attending.

You would have not known a thing until now, as I covered it so well, by carefully, vocally, placing notes that won’t hurt and distress my brain too much for obvious reasons ..’
