Miss Whitney For Real – I was in LA at the time – and literally, went past the Beverly Hotel, the same afternoon – she died. Went sight seeing with my friends. I was professing my love and adulation for her, before we left, only to return, to be told she was dead. I thought they were taking the piss – took a while – to get the message. What a waste.
