- Practice empathy and try to understand their perspective
- Set boundaries and limit your interactions with them
- Focus on your own self-worth and don’t seek validation from them
- Surround yourself with positive and supportive people
- Communicate assertively and express your feelings calmly
- Maintain a positive attitude and don’t let their behavior affect you
- Avoid taking their actions personally and remind yourself that it’s about them, not you
- Seek professional help or counseling if their behavior is causing significant distress
- Practice self-care and engage in activities that bring you joy and fulfilment
- Let go of expectations and accept that you can’t change their behavior, only your reaction to it
- The greater the gift, the greater your purpose and the greater the attack with ingratitude you’d experience. Hold your peace and don’t throw pearls at swines.
Philippians 4:6,7 4Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice! 6Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. 7And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
